New floors change how your whole home feels. We install flooring that holds up in Las Vegas heat and looks great for years.

Las Vegas is hard on floors. Extreme heat, low humidity, and caliche soil shifting under your slab can crack tiles, gap wood planks, and buckle vinyl before its time. If you've got wood flooring [1] or tile in your home, you've probably already noticed some of this. Most homeowners wait too long to act. A small crack or a soft spot in the subfloor gets ignored for months. By the time they call us, the damage has spread. Catching floor problems early in Las Vegas saves real money.
Caliche clay under Las Vegas homes shifts when it gets wet. That movement cracks grout lines and tiles, especially in older homes built before 2000.
Las Vegas humidity drops below 20% in summer. Wood and laminate shrink in dry air, leaving visible gaps between planks.
Direct sun through south-facing windows heats floors past 140°F. Vinyl sheet and plank flooring can bubble or peel when it gets that hot.
Builder-grade homes from the 1990s and early 2000s often have subfloors that were never properly leveled. New flooring laid over them won't last.
A lot of Las Vegas homes still have the original flooring from when they were built 20 years ago. That flooring is worn down and hard to clean.
Slow leaks under sinks or around toilets soak into subfloors quietly. By the time you smell it, the damage is already deep.

Not every flooring trick that works in other states works here. Las Vegas heat, dry air, and shifting soil create conditions most flooring guides don't cover. We've worked in homes across the valley, from newer builds in Summerlin to older properties closer to downtown. In our experience, Las Vegas floors fail early when the wrong materials get used or when the subfloor prep gets rushed. We pick materials rated for heat and low humidity, and we never skip the leveling step.
Las Vegas water is high in minerals. Over time, hard water leaves calcium buildup on grout and tile surfaces, especially in bathrooms and kitchens. We use grout and sealers that resist staining and mineral deposits. It's a small detail, but it makes a big difference in how your floors look five years from now.

Here are the questions we hear most from Las Vegas homeowners before they book.
Most flooring projects in Las Vegas run between $4 and $15 per square foot for installation, depending on the material. Tile and stone cost more to install than vinyl plank or laminate. Subfloor repairs or leveling add to the total. We give you a clear written quote before any work starts so there are no surprises.
We can usually schedule a consultation within a few days of your call. Start dates depend on the size of the job and our current schedule. Fall and winter are our busiest seasons in Las Vegas. If you've got a deadline, tell us upfront and we'll do our best to work around it.
We start by removing your old flooring and checking the subfloor underneath. If we find cracks, soft spots, or uneven areas, we fix those first. Then we lay the new material, make the cuts, and finish the edges. We clean up the worksite each day and do a final walkthrough with you at the end.
Luxury vinyl plank is 100% waterproof and holds up better in bathrooms, laundry rooms, and kitchens. Laminate looks similar but can swell or warp if water gets under it. In Las Vegas, we recommend luxury vinyl plank for any room that sees moisture. Both are durable and affordable, but they're not the same product.
Yes, we do both residential and commercial flooring in Las Vegas and the surrounding valley. Commercial jobs often need more durable materials and faster turnaround. We've worked in offices, retail spaces, and rental properties. Call us and we'll talk through what makes sense for your specific space.
Cracked tiles, soft spots underfoot, visible gaps between planks, and staining that won't clean up are all signs your floor is past its life. Buckling or bubbling near windows often means heat or moisture damage. If your floor feels uneven when you walk on it, the subfloor may have shifted. Don't wait until it gets worse.
Tile and stone handle heat the best. They stay cool underfoot and don't warp or fade from sun exposure. Luxury vinyl plank is a close second if you choose a product rated for high-temperature environments. We don't recommend standard laminate for rooms with direct sun exposure in Las Vegas. It's one of the most common mistakes we see.
